nanny for 4 months old baby

We are looking for a kind and honest nanny.
Experiences with babies are required.
We would be happy to find someone who can also help with the household (cleaning) and has fun to take care of our baby girl, while we are working.
We are a French/German couple living in Qatar for about 9 years already. We are musicians and love nature and like to play with our baby.
Sometimes we need help on weekends for few hours. But we can give days or even weeks off when we are on tour.
