Looking for house keeper and nanny

I am a first time mom looking for help with house keeping and support in taking care of a new born. I will be taking 1 year off work, so the nanny's role is to help me take care of the baby, not take care of her independently.
Looking for someone with past experience taking care of new born, clean and tidy and good at managing household tasks.
Looking for someone who is open to coming under our sponsorship - no freelance visas please.
