Looking for a reliable and joyful full time nanny

We are a family of soon to be four people. My firstborn child is 2 1/2 years old and we will be having a newborn baby at the end of April. I am looking for a full-time live in Nanny by end of January that is happy, reliable and enjoys working with children. I also have another live-in nanny so the responsibilities will be shared :)
