European family looking for a live-in nanny

My family and I are looking for a caring and experienced live-in nanny for our newborn. We’re seeking someone who has experience with infants, is nurturing, and can provide a safe and engaging environment for our baby. Additionally, we’d love someone who can assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation. We are looking for someone long-term, minimum 2-3 years. Start date is 1 May 2025.
References from previous employees are a must for us.
