Nanny Needed for 3 and 4 year olds.

Hello!
We are looking for a gentle and kind nanny! Ideal hours would be 6-7:30 AM and 2:00 to 8:00 PM. We would be hoping for some possible flexibility for the occasional date night or appointment. In July our new baby arrives and our son will be home for the summer so hoping for care hours to change 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Mom will typically be with baby. Our kids are active and need outdoor time, and we want help with cooking/cleaning. If you drive that is a plus. Thank you!
